With the new signees arriving on campus, it looks like Jeffery Simmons has indeed enrolled.

Despite everything that has occurred, it looks like Jeffery Simmons will indeed become a student at Mississippi State University.

Steve Robertson of scout.com had posted a tweet with a picture of Jeffery Simmons’ Mississippi State student ID, but the photo and tweet were taken down rather quickly. I was able to get a screenshot of the tweet and the picture, and I cropped it to remove the potential of seeing any of Simmons’ personal information that may have been on it.
I have no clue what the next step is for Mississippi State, Simmons, and Dan Mullen, but I would anticipate more news to be broken soon regarding the matter.
